The units are pre-inspected during notice for scheduling. Units are painted, punched, and cleaned prior to moving in.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.

Place an order online through the RentCafé portal, or give us a call to place in a work order.

Each work order is pulled from the queue and handled due to priority. Emergency items are addressed within same day, others are handled within 48 hours.

No, you do not need to be present for our service technician to perform work.

During office hours, bring an ID to the leasing office, and the staff will assist. If after hours, residents will need to contact a locksmith.

Absolutely. We ask that any holes bigger than a nickel are filled prior to move out.

Amenities

Our community offers a swimming pool with sundeck, grills throughout the property, tennis and volleyball courts, car care center, dog park, fitness center, cardio room, and package room among the amenities available to our residents.

Yes, parking is available to our residents.

There is a one time pet fee (non-refundable) of $300 and pet rent of $20 per month.

Each apartment comes with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Yes, we offer 6-15 month options.

We have a luxor package room that will hold delivered packages and offer a secured code to enter.

There is a $75 application and $200 administration fee for a total of $275.

You can pay with a money order or personal check as well as with WIPS.

Yes, fees are for pest control, liability, utility admin, and trash.

No, although we recommend for personal liability. A $13 fee is charged monthly for property liability.

Guests are not permitted in the community amenities/common areas without resident, and only 2 guests per resident is allowed.

We require a 60 day notice in addition to two months rent as penalty.
